It opened in 2011 and is owned by Martin Wishart, who has an even fancier Michelin starred restuarant in Leith. It's billed as combining seasonal Scottish produce with traditional and modern French cuisine in a brasserie style menu. (Though it's like no true brasserie I've ever been in.)
